Ohana Community Services will provide the uppermost quality of
care and the greatest level of independence possible for each individual with intellection
and developmental disabilities by creating an individualized plan that promotes
an optimal independence in his or her daily living, economic self-sufficiency,
medication management and community integration. Ohana Community Services will
strive to enhance each individual’s health, improve their qualities of life,

Community Integrated Living Arrangement provides services designed to meet the needs of individuals diagnosed with intellectual or developmental disabilities, whose 18 years of age or older, that prevents him/her from functioning independently. Individual may be ambulatory, who may need minimal or complete assistance in performing the activities of daily living, and may be independent or dependent on medication management.
Ohana Community Services provides supervised, supportive living arrangement addressing the preferences, strengths, needs, and life-span of adults with Intellectual and developmental disabilities with 24-hour supports CILA.
Ohana goals are to maximize the daily life of individuals through a full range of professional, emphatic, and individualized treatment. The individual is to be treated with respect with a focus on their strengths and accomplishments. One of the goals of Ohana is for all individuals to be fully integrated into the community and to developed relationships within the community.
